Tostadas
With chorizo.
Ingredients
- Chorizo
- Refried Beans
- Lettuce, shredded
- Onion, 1/4" diced
- Sour Cream
- Cotija Cheese
- Salsa
Instructions
- Cook chorizo and set aside.
- Heat refried beans and set aside.
- Spread tostada shells on a sheet pan in a single layer and heat in the oven for a few miutes.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on the toastada shells.
- Next, put a layer of chorizo.
- Top with lettuce and onion.
- Drizzle sour cream and sprinkle cotija cheese on top.
- Finally, put salsa on top and serve immediately.
