Ingredients

  • Chorizo
  • Refried Beans
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Onion, 1/4" diced
  • Sour Cream
  • Cotija Cheese
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook chorizo and set aside.
  2. Heat refried beans and set aside.
  3. Spread tostada shells on a sheet pan in a single layer and heat in the oven for a few miutes.
  4. Spread a layer of refried beans on the toastada shells.
  5. Next, put a layer of chorizo.
  6. Top with lettuce and onion.
  7. Drizzle sour cream and sprinkle cotija cheese on top.
  8. Finally, put salsa on top and serve immediately.
