Ingredients

  • 14 oz can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Red Onion, minced
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 30 sprigs Cilantro, minced
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 2 Jalapenos, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Store refrigerated overnight for flavors to meld.

Notes

  • The salsa will be very stong on onion flavor right when it's made, but the next day it will mellow out a lot and taste much better.
