Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground white pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Place spice mixture into a dry skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove the spice mixture from the skillet to cool.
  4. The seasoning mixture is ready to use immediately or can be stored in an air-tight container for later use.

  • This is awesome on both steaks and burgers.
