Ingredients

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 3/4 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Place rice and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low/very low.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 14 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat but do not remove the lid. Let it stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
  5. Fluff rice with a fork and it's ready to serve.
